Requirements
- Knowledge of direct marketing campaign process including DOE construction, campaign design, measurement and tracking
- Experience working in the financial industry
- Willing to question the status quo and take assignments to lead a group of peers on capability improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or MBA or other graduate degree strongly preferred
