About the role
- Director leading installation and field deployment projects at Coates Group. Managing hardware systems and ensuring quality standards are met across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- accountable for the successful execution of all equipment installation and field deployment projects across the ANZ and International Market Region
- leads the Installation and Field Operations teams, overseeing the physical deployment of hardware systems and on-site implementations
- facilitates cross-functional alignment to ensure timely, efficient, and commercially profitable delivery
- drives operational excellence across the complete hardware installation lifecycle
- responsible for managing field technicians, coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams
- ensuring all physical installations meet quality standards and client specifications
- monitors and reports on project financial performance
Requirements
- 10+ years in installation deployment/construction management with proven project delivery track record
- 5+ years leading high-performance teams and culture development
- Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members to achieve exceptional results
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining momentum
- Understanding of value engineering, construction laws, and local codes
- Hardware deployment, integration, and installation process knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills to navigate technical challenges
