Lead the creation of personalized, targeted customer experiences and loyalty initiatives that drive satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Steward the growth of the CRS brand to reflect purpose, values, and market differentiation while maintaining local relevance.
Lead senior managers and professionals to ensure consistent brand alignment and seamless execution across all touchpoints.
Requirements
Have 10+ years of relevant progressively responsible experience in marketing with an emphasis on digital marketing and marketing technology.
Have experience leading a team of direct reports.
Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or journalism (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
Have affiliation with marketing and communications professional bodies (considered an asset).
Have experience with cooperative advertising programs.
