About the role
- Senior Accountant responsible for financial statements in a leading Automotive service provider company. Engaging in continuous process development and active involvement in finance projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Review, code and post ongoing business transactions
- Responsible for executing and controlling payment transactions

- Continuously develop accounting processes and actively participate in various finance projects
Requirements
- Degree in business administration with a focus on finance/accounting, completed further training as a Bilanzbuchhalter (certified balance-sheet accountant), or vocational training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellter)
- Knowledge of accounting and taxation
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel; ideally experience with Navision
- Team player with a sense of responsibility and a positive mindset
- Business-fluent German and good English skills, with an affinity for numbers and IT topics
