Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk or Sales Operations
- Deep understanding of SaaS commercial terms
- Strong experience with CRM systems
- Ability to manage messy data effectively
- Technical proficiency in billing/accounting software
- Assertive and able to hold ground with Sales teams
- Proactive in improving reporting and planning maturity
