Inform, advise and assist clients throughout their journey (product and fashion house information, orders and deliveries, after-sales service, sample requests).
Build a close, privileged relationship with clients.
Handle telephone reception and after-sales service for the fashion house’s boutiques.
Communicate practical information (product availability, opening hours, access, etc.).
Requirements

You have a knack for telling a story, sharing a heritage and creating an emotional experience.
Your strong sense of bespoke service for an international, high-end and demanding clientele is second to none.
Excellent spoken command of both languages combined with impeccable written accuracy (CEFR level: C1).
Previous experience in luxury, fashion, e-commerce or customer relations is preferred.
