Responsibilities
Manage overall administration and compliance for all Americas Benefit Programs
Drive annual renewals in the Americas to ensure cost effective renewals
Serve as the primary liaison with benefit consultants, brokers, and plan providers
Research, analyze and recommend new benefit programs
Ensure compliance with governmental regulations related to benefit programs and labor law
Develop and deliver clear, engaging benefits communications
Oversee administration and compliance for short-term and long-term disability programs
Partner with HRIT to ensure leave types and time-off programs are accurately configured
Lead the strategic vision, analysis, communication, and administration of employee benefit programs
Conduct budgeting and financial analysis of benefits programs
Requirements
8+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration
Minimum 4+ years of direct 401(k) and compliance administration experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, financial analysis, reporting)
Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
Deep understanding of government regulations impacting benefit programs (ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA)
Leave of Absence Analyst supporting internal and external partners on leave processes. Coordinating accommodations under applicable laws and ensuring compliance with state leave laws.
