Responsibilities

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new healthcare facility partners
  • Drive new logo acquisition and territory expansion
  • Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and site visits
  • Educate customers on a new hiring model and guide adoption
  • Maintain clear pipeline management and CRM tracking

Requirements

  • Field-based B2B sales experience
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Understanding of local healthcare hiring needs
  • Ability to manage pipeline and CRM effectively
  • Authorized to work in your country of residence
  • Willingness to meet customers in person regularly
