About the role

  • Senior Compensation Analyst at Clio designing global compensation structures and managing equity programs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance compensation systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation and evolution of Clio’s global compensation structures by researching, building, and updating cash and equity ranges across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC using market survey data and internal insights to ensure market competitiveness
  • Program manage end-to-end incentive cycles, including quarterly variable compensation calculations, ensuring accuracy, clear documentation, partnership with Finance, and securing approvals
  • Own the preparation and validation of quarterly equity grants, ensuring data accuracy and complete documentation to support Board approval
  • Support executive compensation processes, including market benchmarking, preparing analyses, and developing materials for Board and Compensation Committee review
  • Design and enhance compensation systems, tools and dashboards, leveraging automation to provide real time insights, improve data quality, workflows, and reporting used to inform compensation decisions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, Talent Acquisition and People Business Partner Teams to support hiring and guiding internal compensation decisions by providing data informed recommendations
  • Create and maintain documentation and enablement materials to support managers and employees in understanding compensation programs and processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and reporting through the use of AI to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Lead annual pay equity audits and stay ahead of global transparency legislation to ensure compliant and fair pay practices
  • Other duties as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, with demonstrated hands-on experience in compensation analysis, benchmarking, and job evaluation in a global environment
  • Experience administering and managing equity programs
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including working with large datasets and building scalable and automated analyses to support decision-making
  • Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and translate data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders
  • Proven ability to drive cross functional projects from planning to execution with high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated interest in elevating your craft using AI
