Responsibilities
Partner with sales to create insight-driven pitch narratives and strengthen sales arguments
Coach sales teams on how to apply insights effectively
Work with clients to scope, negotiate, and agree research projects
Own research projects end-to-end (briefing, commissioning, delivery)
Design, script, and interpret online surveys/questionnaires
Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
Produce reports and present findings internally and externally
Develop engaging ways to communicate research outcomes
Requirements
Strong understanding of the media sales process and where insight adds value
Experience in media-related research projects
Building commercially focused, insight-led pitches
Using tools like TGI, Touchpoints, and AdIntel
Turning raw research into actionable commercial insights
Strong storytelling and presentation skills
Genuine interest in consumer behaviour
Proven ability to run research projects end-to-end. From commissioning to analysis, reporting, and presenting results to stakeholders
Run campaign effectiveness studies.
