- Processing incoming and outgoing invoices – from entry and posting through to follow-up.
- Preparing cost center reports and supporting month-end and year-end closings.

- Participating in reconciliations and ensuring accurate, up-to-date financial records.
- Communicating with colleagues and suppliers to clarify invoice or payment details.
- Performing general finance and administrative tasks to support the team.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification in accounting/finance.
- Initial professional experience in financial administration, invoice processing, or a similar support role.
- Good MS Office skills; experience with Candis is an advantage.
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Structured, precise, and reliable working style.
