About the role

  • Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter in der Finanz- und Verwaltungsunterstützung für CBRE Data Center Solutions. Verantwortlich für Rechnungsabstimmungen, Bestellung und Leistungsüberwachung mit einem starken Fokus auf Organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Your primary responsibility is to support the Data Center site manager in all matters related to finance and administration.
  • Reconciliation of invoices, as well as their preparation and dispatch
  • Monitoring and dunning of outstanding payments, including reconciliation with the customer
  • Obtaining supplier quotes
  • Creation, modification and tracking of purchase orders
  • Verification of service delivery and goods receipt
  • Allocation and verification of incoming invoices
  • Reviewing supplier performance
  • Preparation of monthly management reports for CBRE internal stakeholders and the client
  • Ongoing overview of services to be provided and budget status
  • Creation of ad-hoc queries on behalf of the account team or the client
  • Distributing, processing and closing tickets in the systems in use
  • Reviewing and approving recorded work times

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification, e.g., in hotel & hospitality
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills and quick comprehension
  • Structured, independent and precise way of working
  • High resilience and flexibility
  • Very good process understanding
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Ideally, initial user experience with a common ERP system (e.g., MS PeopleSoft). Alternatively, an IT affinity with willingness to learn these skills on the job
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Strong service orientation and communication skills
