Responsibilities
- Lead the global FP&A function across B2C and B2B segments, ensuring high-quality planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Manage and develop the Tallinn-based FP&A team, fostering strong business partnership and analytical excellence.
- Own the end-to-end financial planning cycle including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Deliver clear and insightful management reporting, performance analysis, and executive-level decision support.
- Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate financial results into actionable business insights.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of FP&A processes and reporting tools.
- Ensure alignment with group reporting standards and collaboration with global finance stakeholders.
- Support finance leadership in building a high-performing, scalable FP&A function.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; professional certification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent) is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or related roles in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
- Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams in a complex international organisation.
- Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and performance analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across cultures and time zones.
- Strong business partnering mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to prioritise, simplify complexity, and deliver under pressure.
