Responsibilities
- Manage maritime and international road export operations from order receipt to delivery at final destination.
- Knowledge of maritime, air and international road export processes.
- Coordinate loading schedules according to vessel deadlines, free time/detention and factory loading windows.
- Send stowage plans to the factory for cargo-loading planning.
- Send loading schedules to carriers and customs brokers.
- Monitor carrier / vessel gate deadlines.
- Transfer cargo to export warehouses or carriers’ terminals until vessel gate opening.
- Verify shipping documents.
- Follow up on the entire export process until product delivery at destination.
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, shipping lines and freight forwarders for coordination and follow-up of operations.
- Interface with internal departments: customer service, sales, warehouse, production, etc.
- Support the development and implementation of improvement plans related to transportation negotiations and other foreign trade activities.
- File claims in case of cargo damage and follow up with the insurer until resolution.
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance.
- Register freight rate tables in SAP/TM.
- Manage and control shipment information in Excel.
- Analyze freight costs / shipping fees / extra charges and prepare closing reports.
- Provision logistics costs in SAP.
- Request issuance of International Health Certificate (IHC).
- Analyze inventory / forecasts / sales to monitor product inflows and outflows.
- Issue insurance certificates.

- Advanced / fluent English
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations)

- Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
- At least 2 years’ experience in international trade operations
