Work closely with our Program Manager and project teams, playing a meaningful role in delivering mission-critical IT programs that make a real difference.

Active involvement in Steering Committee meetings, including preparation of pack reporting, governance updates, and change reporting.
Exposure to executive stakeholders and strategic program discussions.
Requirements
2–5 years’ experience as a PMO Analyst in an IT or transformation environment
Strong understanding of PMO governance, reporting, RAID, and change management
Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliation
Experience producing weekly and monthly reports, including financial and progress report reconciliations
Time-sheet reconciliation experience and strong attention to detail
Proficiency with PMO tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA, and reporting tools
Formal PM certification (PRINCE2, PMP, PMO/PMBoK, or equivalent)
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-focused mindset
