Responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end (full-cycle) recruiting
First point of contact for all operational HR matters
Guide employees through smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
Create and manage all employee-related documents
Maintain and manage employee master data in Personio
Develop and continuously improve HR processes
Prepare reports and analyses to support management
Requirements
At least 4 years' experience in People Operations, HR administration, or a comparable operational HR role
Experience with digital HR systems — ideally Personio
Good understanding of German labor law and administrative best practices
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent language skills with a focus on clear, respectful communication — especially when drafting references and employee documents
Fluent German (at least C1) and strong English skills
