Responsibilities
- Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals
- Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
- Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming
- Ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
- Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow
- Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
- Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
- Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands on development experience
- 5+ years experience in PEGA PRPC architecture, design and development
- 4+ years experience with cloud-based PEGA deployments (AWS)
- 4+ years experience with cloud migration and constellation migration
- E2E experience with Infinity (ver 24.1 or above) required; Pega certification CLSA preferred (minimum CSSA mandatory)
- Hands on experience in PDM
- Preferred hand on experience on Customer Service, Smart Investigate / Smart Dispute frameworks
- Lead end to end design and architecture of PEGA applications across multiple business units
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MQ, KAFKA)
