About the role
- Client Onboarding Project Manager overseeing high-quality onboarding of clients into Securities Services. Engaging stakeholders and managing project timelines with effective communication and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall project management in the Securities Services space
- Responsible for ensuring appropriate stakeholder engagement and interaction throughout the client onboarding efforts
- Determine overall project timeline, governance structure, and most efficient plan to onboard clients
- Develop and maintain solid project communication plan
- Collaborate with our operations partners to coordinate client onboarding due diligence
- Partner with businesses and other support functions at senior levels in setting strategy and priorities
- Successfully manage, communicate and resolve issues, challenges and concerns raised during the onboarding effort
- Serve as the escalation point of contact for project related deliverables
- Ensure regular, accurate and transparent project status reporting
Requirements
- Experienced project and process management skill in complex, global environment
- Previous experience in Custody or Fund Accounting and Administration
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint
- Proactive and able to work and learn independently
- Flexible to work in accordance to demands a specific client onboarding requires
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master’s degree
