About the role
- AI Solution Architect designing scalable hybrid AI platforms and end-to-end solution architectures for clients in tech fields. Collaborating on security, compliance, and innovative technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design of end-to-end solution architecture for Chat T&M (internal) and Chat T&M+ (external)
- Architecture for agent orchestration (tool-calling, state management, routing, human-in-the-loop) and agentic retrieval (hybrid Azure + on-premises)
- Definition of standards for guardrails/policies: prompt-injection protection, source attribution requirements, uncertainty-handling rules, data exfiltration protection, cross-tenant leakage prevention
- Architectural requirements for security & compliance: RBAC, data classification, audit logging, network segmentation, key management
- Support for benchmark-driven development: test datasets, evaluation methodology (groundedness, hallucination control), regression testing
- Architecture reviews, technical decision documents, interface contracts (OpenAPI), operational concepts and runbooks
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Solution Architect (Cloud/AI), ideally in regulated environments (security/compliance/privacy)
- Deep expertise in RAG/Agentic RAG, multi-agent design, prompt/context engineering, evaluation and risk mitigation
- Strong Azure skills: AI Services, Search, Functions/Web Apps, API Management, logging/monitoring
- Good knowledge of Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), observability/tracing
- Experience with the Mistral stack (Mistral AI Studio, self-hosted models) desirable
- Very good spoken and written German required.
