Requirements
Previous experience as a Business Analyst on projects related to the ServiceNow platform;
Familiarity with the platform’s modules and experience using it as an end user;
Strong knowledge of requirements mapping and user story writing techniques;
Ability to work with documentation and project management tools;
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team;
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
