Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types.
Building automation using Flows and declarative tools, API Integrations, Mulesoft.
Participating in code reviews and Salesforce Change Sets - CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset).
Ensuring adherence to Salesforce development best practices and security standards.
Collaborating with business analysts, architects, and product owners to understand user stories and convert them into technical solutions.
Actively engaging with clients to explain solution designs and manage expectations.
Requirements
7+ years of Salesforce development across multiple clouds.
Experience with Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce use cases.
Proven ability to lead small squads, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architecture discussions.
Strong focus on client delivery, stakeholder alignment, and agile leadership.
Any of these Salesforce Certifications would be great: Platform Developer I, II Admin & Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant (a strong plus) Data Cloud Consultant (a plus) Marketing Cloud Developer or Experience Cloud Consultant (optional but helpful)
