Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types.
- Building automation using Flows and declarative tools, API Integrations, Mulesoft.
- Participating in code reviews and Salesforce Change Sets - CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset).
- Ensuring adherence to Salesforce development best practices and security standards.
- Collaborating with business analysts, architects, and product owners to understand user stories and convert them into technical solutions.
- Actively engaging with clients to explain solution designs and manage expectations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Salesforce development across multiple clouds.
- Experience with Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce use cases.
- Proven ability to lead small squads, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architecture discussions.
- Strong focus on client delivery, stakeholder alignment, and agile leadership.
- Any of these Salesforce Certifications would be great: Platform Developer I, II Admin & Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant (a strong plus) Data Cloud Consultant (a plus) Marketing Cloud Developer or Experience Cloud Consultant (optional but helpful)
