Responsibilities
- Play a key role in strengthening the capabilities and performance of Supply Chain teams by designing and delivering learning and talent development initiatives, including those tailored to service center environments.
- Partner with leaders and HR to build inclusive, psychologically safe workplaces, drive engagement, and enable growth through targeted development, coaching, and talent planning.
- Lead and coordinate core talent processes across the employee lifecycle, such as performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning, to ensure a robust and integrated approach to developing and retaining critical capabilities.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of learning and talent initiatives, using data and feedback to continuously improve programs and outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven track record in both Learning & Development and Talent Management preferably in a matrix environment, working across borders and cultures.
- Experience integrating Employee Experience and DEI perspectives into program design and communication.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate analysis into actionable solutions.
- Takes initiative and ownership of the role.
- Comfortable making decisions and confident in constructively challenging the business to drive better outcomes.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization
- Ability to drive change independently, adapt to diverse situations, and demonstrate resilience in a dynamic environment
