Responsibilities
Management and optimization of digital distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, direct sales)
Maintenance and development of channel manager and booking systems
Active acquisition through digital sourcing
Analysis of market, competitor and performance data to increase revenue
Close collaboration with Revenue Management and individual hotels
Ensuring optimal presentation of the hotels across all online platforms
Management of rates, availability and content across all channels
Identification of new distribution opportunities and digital trends
Support in implementing new systems and processes
Training hotel teams in digital distribution
Requirements
Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Several years' experience in e-commerce, distribution or revenue management (preferably in hospitality)
Strong knowledge of channel managers, PMS and booking systems
Analytical mindset with a structured and independent way of working
High affinity for digital tools and data analysis
On-site presence once a week at our headquarters in Ludwigsburg
Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-location teams
Excellent German and English language skills, written and spoken
Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally to our hotels
Experience working with remote structures is an advantage
