Responsibilities
Overseeing the recruiting and vetting process for new clinical candidates
Focusing on the VIP customer experience
Executing full lifecycle recruiting including developing search, sourcing, and interview strategies
Connecting with qualified candidates and evaluating credentials
Driving effective talent strategy to support the business
Collaborating with Clinical Leaders to design and execute integrated Physician talent strategies
Utilizing research and competitive intelligence to attract and assess highly skilled professionals
Building relationships with clinical leaders
Requirements
BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field required OR additional experience above the minimum may be considered in lieu of the required education on a year-for-year basis
A minimum of 10 years’ overall work experience as a recruiter required
A minimum of 5 years’ as a physician recruiter strongly desired
Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) certification preferred
Experience with Workday and/or Phenom People a strong plus
Experience in both a corporate environment and search firm experienced preferred
