Responsibilities
Oversee a team responsible for executing high-impact fundraising campaigns including dinner events, galas, golf tournaments, fitness events (walks, endurance races), and peer-to-peer initiatives.
Manage your own donor portfolio.
Lead the execution of experiential fundraising programs and initiatives within assigned Southern California markets, ensuring strong performance and alignment with Area business plans.
Drive revenue growth across multiple fundraising channels, ensuring achievement of financial goals and budget targets.
Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 fundraising professionals.
Lead planning and execution of major events ensuring excellence in logistics, volunteer engagement, and donor experience.
Cultivate relationships with individual donors and corporate sponsors.
Recruit, train, and manage executive-level volunteer committees.
Requirements
3 years in fundraising, nonprofit development, or event management.
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Proven success in leading fundraising campaigns and managing donor portfolios.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with committee development, corporate sponsorships, and high-wealth donor engagement.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and lead a team effectively.
Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven fundraising strategies.
Driver's License : A valid driver's license is required for this role.
