Embed directly into our high-growth client and own the end-to-end talent strategy for critical tech roles
Shape and execute a talent strategy to attract top-performing Product talent, rapidly increasing talent density in our clients’ teams
Build influential relationships with hiring managers and Product leaders, advising them on talent strategy, workforce planning, and process design that creates impact
Requirements
Strong experience partnering with high-velocity venture and growth-stage B2B SaaS or tech companies on Product and/or tech hiring
Proven track record as an in-house, RPO, or embedded recruiter owning end-to-end searches in high-trajectory environments
