Chargé(e) de mission at CRA BFC supporting regional agricultural innovation and practices for crop production. Collaborating with local engineers and stakeholders in sustainable agriculture initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead and support the network engineers (IR) who accompany groups of around ten producers
Mobilize and bring together the IRs in the territory and the sector during DEPHY events
Organize territorial working meetings and coordinate the sector's annual seminar in collaboration with other territorial engineers (IT)
Serve as the reference point for representation and communication of the program in your area
Contribute to the production and dissemination of knowledge and reference materials on low‑input cropping systems that reduce reliance on plant protection products
Participate in cross-network activities: presentations at induction/support sessions for new IRs, meetings and seminars, and conference organization
Support the regional implementation of the ECOPHYTO 2030 strategy
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Agronomy/Agriculture, or a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) with proven experience in facilitation and project management
Genuine interest in cropping systems, alternative practices, agroecology, practice evolution and change management
Autonomous and proactive
