Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, ensuring beneficial terms and ongoing compliance with licensing and usage rights.
Provide expert guidance on best practices in contract management, vendor engagement, and regulatory considerations.
Monitor market developments and vendor capabilities to identify innovation opportunities and potential displacements.
Implement demand management strategies to optimize spend, improve operational efficiency, and reduce cost.
Deliver accurate reporting and analysis to support financial planning, decision-making, and performance tracking.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum of 8 years’ end-to-end experience in Market Data Services sourcing
Extensive experience working with MDS vendors and managing complex vendor relationships and agreements
Proven success in developing and executing category strategies
Positive, accountable, and proactive with the ability to inspire and influence teams and stakeholders
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex sourcing concepts
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities at senior levels
