Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic management of indirect spend across Thailand
- Drive implementation and execution of procurement strategy established by Regional Office
- Refine procurement processes to align with changing market conditions and achieve business objectives
- Act as business partner for the commercial departments to support delivery of external events
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new suppliers to ensure they meet company standards and requirements
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing suppliers
- Implement and adhere to procurement policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
- Conduct benchmarking studies to compare procurement performance against industry standards
- Manage day-to-day procurement activities to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field to procurement
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Procurement or other related fields
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle tasks efficiently in a fast ‑ paced environment
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
