Responsibilities
Manage, administer, and support the global LAN/WAN network infrastructure, ensuring availability, capacity, and security
Support SASE architecture, including SSE and SD‑WAN technologies, and monitor SD‑WAN performance
Configure and maintain cloud-based network solutions, especially within Microsoft Azure
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware, software, and related systems
Analyze and resolve network incidents, ensure compliance with internal policies, and maintain technical documentation
Design, deploy, and optimize network solutions aligned with business needs, including authentication, authorization, and server infrastructure
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting network technologies
Knowledge of Microsoft cloud services, as well as concepts related to SSE and SD‑WAN
Strong understanding of principles and best practices in designing LAN, WAN, and cloud environments
Familiarity with Network and Hybrid Cloud Communication Services, Gigabit Ethernet switching, fiber‑optic cabling, VoIP, and wired/wireless Ethernet networking
Very good English communication skills
University degree in IT or a related field
Experience managing technical implementation projects and collaborating with diverse technical and business stakeholders
CCNA or CCNP certification
ITIL Foundation certification (or knowledge)
