About the role

• Engineering Manager leading data platform architecture and cybersecurity initiatives in a hybrid environment. Mentoring teams and driving strategic development for secure, scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• **· Lead and mentor the engineering teams building our core data and cybersecurity platforms into world class teams.****· Own architectural decisions and platform strategy for high-availability, high-security systems.****· Foster a strong engineering culture grounded in innovation, accountability, and collaboration.****

Requirements

• **· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred but not required, or relevant experience.**· 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role.**· Demonstrated experience managing or building data platforms (ETL, data lakes, streaming, warehousing).**· Proven expertise in building or integrating cybersecurity systems.**· Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure.
