Responsibilities
Conduct selling activities related to inbound calls
Convert Medicare eligible callers to patients
Anticipate member needs and questions
Provide guidance and stellar customer service
Document and modify contact notes across multiple CRM systems
Make decisions regarding own work methods
Ensure quality and productivity standards are maintained
Requirements
Demonstrates strong verbal communication skills
Ability to connect meaningfully with customers
Simplify complexity and integrate internal efforts
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Telephonic sales experience preferred
Understanding of value-based primary care and/or Medicare Advantage preferred
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
