About the role

• Business Consultant supporting clients in utilizing CELUM platform. Responsibilities include project management and stakeholder engagement for digital asset solutions.

Responsibilities

• You advise and support our clients in leveraging the full potential of the CELUM platform.
• You are responsible for the successful implementation of our clients' requirements and plan, coordinate, and manage internal and external project resources.
• You act as the primary point of contact for our clients throughout the project lifecycle — for both new and existing customers.
• You clarify individual client requirements, coordinate closely with relevant stakeholders, and conduct training for various user roles.

Requirements

• You have a hands-on mentality and a solid understanding of SaaS platforms.
• You are interested in areas such as Digital Asset Management, e-commerce, and marketing, and ideally already have expertise in one or more of these fields.
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a consultant in a technical environment.
• You possess strong analytical skills and remain composed under pressure.
• You have technical knowledge of XML configuration as well as web and JavaScript development.
• You speak German and English (both at least C1 level).
