Responsibilities
Conduct client intake assessments to determine eligibility for services
Provide trauma-informed assessments and individualized benefit planning
Facilitate access for eligible participants in Digital Equity Grant programs
Guide clients through the application process, including documentation gathering and submission
Educate clients on eligibility, timelines, and benefit interactions
Maintain consistent engagement with clients to ensure progress
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
Advocate on behalf of clients with benefit agencies
Document services and outcomes in HMIS/CRM systems
Requirements
Minimum one year of experience in assisting clients in applying for public benefit programs
Bilingual (Spanish & English proficiency)
Available at least 2 in-person days a week at the CEDP Denver office
Social work background is a plus
Proven ability to test and learn from processes and develop new procedures
Proficiency in managing sensitive documentation
Strong technical skills in navigating an agile environment
Capacity to make referrals to other agencies and organizations
