About the role
- Analista de Processos Ágeis Jr at C&A responsible for managing agile indicators and facilitating workshops. Collaborating with Agile Coaches and monitoring key metrics.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the development and evolution of the area’s Power BI indicators and dashboards;
- Support the facilitation of workshops, training sessions, and hands-on sessions on Kanban, continuous flow, metrics, and evolutionary improvement;
- Monitor metrics such as lead time, throughput, aging, and cumulative flow diagram (CFD) to inform decisions and improvements;
- Assist in conducting maturity assessments and in creating evolution plans based on Lean and Kanban practices;
- Collaborate with other Agile Coaches and governance areas to ensure strategic alignment;
- Serve, together with the other Agile Coaches, as the focal point for the Agility Chapter;
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Proven experience in agile project management and process improvement;
- Agile frameworks — Scrum: in‑depth knowledge of Scrum events, artifacts, and roles;
- Experience with agile management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps;
- Metrics and indicators analysis;
- Backlog management;
- Project and product management experience;
- Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical thinking.
