About the role

• Senior Consultant with expertise in Microsoft security and collaboration. Leading client engagements and solution architecture for enterprise customers across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise client engagements, workshops, and end to end implementations across Microsoft Security, Identity, and Collaboration platforms
• Architect and deliver solutions for Microsoft Defender XDR, Purview (Information Protection & Compliance), Teams Phone, Sentinel, and Active Directory / Hybrid Identity across Microsoft 365, Azure, and on prem environments
• Design and implement Defender XDR protections, threat hunting, and incident response integrated with Sentinel
• Define security, identity, compliance, and collaboration strategies; deliver roadmaps, assessments, and remediation plans

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience in Microsoft Cloud Security, Identity, or Modern Workplace
• Deep, hands on expertise in at least three of the following: Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Teams Voice, Microsoft Sentinel, Active Directory & Hybrid Identity
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Zero Trust principles
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC 200/300/400, MS 700, AZ 500) or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA, or GDPR
