Responsibilities
- Collaborate with VP, Business Transformation and Advisory Leaders to develop a comprehensive roadmap, identifying, prioritizing, defining, and delivering innovative solutions that provide the greatest business impact for our firm.
- Partner with Advisory to define the Advisory Transformation strategy, set objectives and key results (OKRs), and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop comprehensive business cases for proposed transformation initiatives with detailed cost and return on investment (ROI) analysis.
- Collaborate with our Business Intelligence & AI teams to implement advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions to empower Advisory teams.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and standardize advisory processes.
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team. This includes hiring, mentoring, and upskilling team members.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring transformation initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage day-to-day relationships with external vendors and technology partners.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Champion innovation by continuously evaluating and advising on new technologies.
Requirements
- College Degree or equivalent required
- 10 years related experience
- Must have experience managing staff, projects and/or processes
- Possesses subject matter expertise
- Knowledge of industry regulations
- Ability to manage a team of others
- Ability to formulate new policies and procedures
