Responsibilities
Collaborate with VP, Business Transformation and Advisory Leaders to develop a comprehensive roadmap, identifying, prioritizing, defining, and delivering innovative solutions that provide the greatest business impact for our firm.
Partner with Advisory to define the Advisory Transformation strategy, set objectives and key results (OKRs), and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Develop comprehensive business cases for proposed transformation initiatives with detailed cost and return on investment (ROI) analysis.
Collaborate with our Business Intelligence & AI teams to implement advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions to empower Advisory teams.
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and standardize advisory processes.
Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team. This includes hiring, mentoring, and upskilling team members.
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring transformation initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Identify, evaluate, and manage day-to-day relationships with external vendors and technology partners.
Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
Champion innovation by continuously evaluating and advising on new technologies.
Requirements
College Degree or equivalent required
10 years related experience
Must have experience managing staff, projects and/or processes
Possesses subject matter expertise
Knowledge of industry regulations
Ability to manage a team of others
Ability to formulate new policies and procedures
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
Ability to travel as required by business and on-call availability
