Junior Partner Operations Manager at Carwow supporting partner dealers in optimizing operations and performance processes. Joining a dynamic team in the automotive sector based in Munich with hybrid work options.
Responsibilities
You are the central point of contact and first port of call for our partner dealers and our Commercial team for all operational questions regarding the Carwow platform. You ensure their requests are handled quickly and efficiently, ensuring smooth operations.
You identify weaknesses in partner workflows and, together with internal teams (e.g., Product & Tech), develop solutions to improve operational efficiency.
You support the team with data-driven performance analysis of our partners and produce concrete, actionable recommendations for Account Management as well as the Sales and Strategy teams.
You gain deep insights into our data-driven systems and help ensure the integrity and quality of partner data.
You work on exciting cross-functional projects (including implementing AI processes) to make Carwow smarter and more efficient and to improve the partner experience.
You create and maintain both internal and external documentation and guides for operational processes.
Requirements
You hold a university degree or equivalent vocational qualification with a relevant focus, and ideally already have experience in operations, process management, data analysis, or a commercial environment.
You are passionate about digital business models, confident working with numbers and data, and have a strong interest in data analysis and digital tools.
You learn new technologies quickly. Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems (especially Salesforce), or Business Intelligence tools, such as ChatGPT or Gemini, is a strong plus.
You build trusting relationships quickly and communicate confidently in German and (as we are an international company) in English.
You enjoy working independently, take ownership, and approach new challenges with motivation and a solution-oriented mindset.
