About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead dedicated Client leadership team to ensure proper planning and execution of complete line of business by identifying risks and issues, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with business and functional executive leadership and stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and success criteria.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to cross-functional data center teams, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring on time delivery, within scope, and within budget.
- Host program performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of long-term agreements and achievement of financial targets.
- Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, workflows, and overall business performance.
- Partner with sales in developing strong, lasting customer relationships and identify new opportunities and partnerships to expand share of wallet with existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and industry partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years’ experience in direct or indirect leadership roles in operations, sales, aftermarket, strategy, or general management
- Ability to travel up to 40%
