About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as a consultant, educator, and facilitator for the development of online content
- Collaborate with program directors, faculty, and subject matter experts to select, design, develop, and implement quality learning activities
- Develop engaging, interactive learning modules utilizing the latest technology and media such as web-based, CD, video, and podcasting
- Follow appropriate e-learning standards/guidelines using tools such as Captivate, Camtasia, Dreamweaver, Articulate, Photoshop, and Softchalk
- Ensure the timely delivery of synchronous and asynchronous content
- Review courseware deliverables to ensure instructional soundness
Requirements
- Three to five years of instructional design experience required
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering online and instructor-led classes
- Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
- Experience in video production and editing, Cornerstone on Demand and In Design preferred
- Experience in various design software such as Captivate and Storyline
