Requirements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Interest/proficiency in adapting AI principles to improve efficiency.
- Test station scripting experience in Python or similar languages.
- Experience with Avionics Test Equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and Power Meters.
- Experience working with DO-160 and/or Mil-STD environmental requirements.
- Experience evaluating MOPS such as DO-181, DO-185, DO-220, or DO-283.
- Test Procedure and Test Report writing experience.
- Advanced degree in engineering or a related field.
- Ability to adapt to changing project needs.
- Attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
