- Job tasks also include extensive communications and direction of supporting functions such as contracts, program planning & control and finance. This position also requires travel to assist in interfacing with key customers and major suppliers/partners.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in engineering program management or related roles
- Proven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects on time and within budget
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in risk management and problem-solving
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Must have or be eligible for a security clearance due to contractual requirements
