About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE and ESG management systems in alignment with industry frameworks and best practices.
- Develop and execute comprehensive HSE and ESG strategies that align with the organization's mission, fostering a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility and ESG and sustainability commitments.
- Represent the global HSE and ESG function and partner with Information Technology stakeholders to develop and deploy Honeywell’s HSE and ESG digitization and information management strategies.
- Deploy processes to continually improve HSE and ESG digital solutions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with global strategies.
- Sustain the global management operating system (MOS) for the Regulatory HSE and ESG function.
- Collect, analyze, and report on HSE and ESG performance metrics and data.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement in HSE and ESG practices.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of environmental, health and safety, sustainability, corporate governance or other related areas
- Experience managing and/or deploying digital solutions or analytic tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
- Bachelor’s Degree with a technical, business, sustainability, social sciences or EHS focus
- Proficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Lean or Six Sigma experience
