Responsibilities
Develop and implement HSE and ESG management systems in alignment with industry frameworks and best practices.
Develop and execute comprehensive HSE and ESG strategies that align with the organization's mission, fostering a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility and ESG and sustainability commitments.
Represent the global HSE and ESG function and partner with Information Technology stakeholders to develop and deploy Honeywell’s HSE and ESG digitization and information management strategies.
Deploy processes to continually improve HSE and ESG digital solutions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with global strategies.
Sustain the global management operating system (MOS) for the Regulatory HSE and ESG function.
Collect, analyze, and report on HSE and ESG performance metrics and data.
Utilize data analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement in HSE and ESG practices.
Requirements
Working knowledge of environmental, health and safety, sustainability, corporate governance or other related areas
Experience managing and/or deploying digital solutions or analytic tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
Bachelor’s Degree with a technical, business, sustainability, social sciences or EHS focus
Proficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Lean or Six Sigma experience
