Engineering Program Supervisor overseeing systems design and engineering execution at Honeywell, ensuring project success through leadership and technical direction.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall execution of the systems design, engineering, implementation, commissioning and documentation of a project
Review project documentation for impacts on scope and schedule, coordinating responses with the project manager
Define the engineering work schedule with the project manager and drive the team to deliver on time
Direct day to day engineering and technical activities
Manage QA procedures to ensure defect‑free hardware and software for field delivery
Manage resource allocation across multiple projects, ensuring high‑utilization support where needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or Mechatronics or equivalent industry experience
Strong Engineering skills in building controls, automation, specifically in “BMS” or “HVAC” preferred
At least 7 years’ leadership/supervisory experience on relevant projects, with strong on-site knowledge, design understanding, and coordination capability
Experienced and good understanding of BMS and/or HVAC full cycle project fundamentals and execution
Ability to lead, coach a team, work cooperatively and provide technical direction in a team environment
Proven track record in building strong relationships with clients and customer engagement
Ability to work under pressure and respond to requests in a timely manner
Self-motivated, with the ability to meet deadlines and determine own work priorities
Can demonstrate financial and commercial acumen.
