About the role
- Cost Engineering role in the water sector, assessing project feasibility and costs. Collaborating with project managers on budget estimations and integrated cost planning.
Responsibilities
- Verantwoordelijk voor interne opdrachtgever(s) wat betreft integrale bouwkosten.
- Aanspreekpunt voor de opgestelde kostenramingen en/of begrotingen in de SSK-structuur.
- Opstellen van kostenramingen in alle fases van het bouwproces.
- Berekenen en opstellen van een kostprijs.
- Probabilistisch ramen en ontwikkelen van kostennormen en kerngetallen.
- Opstellen van trade-off matrices en TCO-berekeningen.
- Draaien van Monte Carlo analyses in combinatie met kostenscenario's.
- Beoordelen van investeringsvoorstellen, begrotingen en prijsaanbiedingen uit de markt.
Requirements
- Ervaring met integrale ramingen en kostprijsberekeningen.
- Kennis van de watersector en relevante wet- en regelgeving.
- Ervaring met probabilistisch ramen en Monte Carlo analyses.
- Vaardigheid in het opstellen van trade-off matrices en TCO-berekeningen.
