About the role
- Multi Skilled Engineer maintaining manufacturing equipment at a growing site in Enfield, ensuring reliability and safety through effective engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily preventative maintenance activities are completed to a high standard
- Resolved breakdowns quickly and efficiently to maximise plant reliability, performance, product quality and safety.
- Drive improvements in asset reliability and reduce losses
- Effective use of SAP PM
- Ensure plant and personnel (including external contractors) conform to Health and Safety legislation, policy and standards
Requirements
- Electrical and Mechanical engineering experience
- Fault Finding and Route Cause Analysis skills
- Structured and practical engineering training (e.g. apprenticeship/HNC/degree).
- Knowledge and experience of maintenance preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
- H&S knowledge e.g., PUWER, IOSH – able to ensure a safe working environment.
- Analysing and problem-solving skills, anticipates problems before they occur and takes steps to deal with them
