About the role
- Governance of industrial engineering processes as part of Schaeffler's global team. Overseeing costing processes and leading international projects in industrial engineering.
Responsibilities
- Governance of industrial engineering processes and master data (Global responsibility)
- Strategic further development of the costing processes (incl. PCM), the available capacity in relation to the planning horizons and the budget planning process (sub-process: quantity structure)
- Development of a portfolio of key figures to ensure sustainable data quality
- Development and implementation of an IE qualification concept
- Global Project lead and collaboration in international, strategic, cross-divisional projects
- Carrying out training/coaching. Supervision of trainees, apprentices and working students.
- Operating an international IE network with divisions and regions
- Development of business concepts and solutions including piloting implementation and rollout support
Requirements
- Master or Bachelor degree in engineering or comparable education
- >2 years within the Industrial Engineering area (Plant, Region or Division)
- Established knowledge of all industrial engineering processes and master data (Costing, Tariffs, Workcenter, Capacity, Bill of material, Routing)
- In-depth knowledge of Schaeffler Group business processes as well as procedures and internal regulations related to the Industrial Engineering function (only for internal candidates)
- Several years of experience in project management
- Microsoft Office skills / Power BI
- Established experience in SAP PP module
- Willingness to travel / further development abroad (initial training in Germany)
- Fluent English skills – mandatory
- Good German skills – optional (open to German courses)
