Responsibilities
Governance of industrial engineering processes and master data (Global responsibility)
Strategic further development of the costing processes (incl. PCM), the available capacity in relation to the planning horizons and the budget planning process (sub-process: quantity structure)
Development of a portfolio of key figures to ensure sustainable data quality
Development and implementation of an IE qualification concept
Global Project lead and collaboration in international, strategic, cross-divisional projects
Carrying out training/coaching. Supervision of trainees, apprentices and working students.
Operating an international IE network with divisions and regions
Development of business concepts and solutions including piloting implementation and rollout support
Requirements
Master or Bachelor degree in engineering or comparable education
>2 years within the Industrial Engineering area (Plant, Region or Division)
Established knowledge of all industrial engineering processes and master data (Costing, Tariffs, Workcenter, Capacity, Bill of material, Routing)
In-depth knowledge of Schaeffler Group business processes as well as procedures and internal regulations related to the Industrial Engineering function (only for internal candidates)
Several years of experience in project management
Microsoft Office skills / Power BI
Established experience in SAP PP module
Willingness to travel / further development abroad (initial training in Germany)
Fluent English skills – mandatory
Good German skills – optional (open to German courses)
