Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of strategic engagement and communication activities for key cohorts (e.g. VPS graduates and executives) and programs (e.g. annual grads campaign, policy launches, capability development promotion).
Develop high-quality content, briefs and documentation that supports program objectives.
Build strong, collaborative relationships across VPSC and key stakeholders.
Contribute to an inclusive team culture and mentor junior colleagues.
Requirements
Strong written communication skills with experience coordinating communications projects and managing competing priorities
Demonstrated experience in communications and promotion, including stakeholder engagement, messaging, and campaign or program support
Experience managing and engaging cohorts, networks or groups, particularly through online channels, platforms or digital communications
Collaborative, proactive team contributor who works effectively with stakeholders to support coordinated communications outcomes
Understanding of public sector values and integrity.
Relevant tertiary qualification in communications, marketing or a related discipline.
Experience supporting communications, engagement or promotional campaigns, including development of content and coordination of delivery.
