Responsibilities
Provide commercial and contractual advice to the VIDA Rail project teams on procurement strategies, commercial frameworks, approvals requirements and controls.
Develop and implement commercial and contract management processes and procedures across VIDA Rail construction projects.
Assist with driving a consistent and streamlined approach for all commercial management and contract administration of VIDA Rail construction agreements.
Oversee the preparation, implementation and maintenance of procurement and contract administration documentation, systems and plans for a program of works during all phases of projects.
Requirements
A degree in law, commerce, economics, business, management, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated understanding and extensive experience in managing commercial and contractual issues during all stages of the project life cycle.
Demonstrated experience in preparing and managing complex major contracts, and other significant procurements, preferably for infrastructure or construction projects.
Demonstrated ability to develop complex procurement documentation and written briefs to senior executives, government or boards.
