About the role
- Commercial Real Estate Transaction Manager facilitating commercial real estate transactions from initial interest to execution. Connecting Legal, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure deal success.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of active real estate transactions simultaneously
- Outline key terms for Letters of Intent (LOIs)
- Manage the closing checklist, ensuring all contingencies are cleared prior to execution
- Act as the central point of contact during the diligence period
- Coordinate with project delivery teams of external partners to validate site buildability and power availability
- Coordinate with internal and external counsel to advance zoning, land use, and permitting reviews
- Collaborate to ensure deal economics fit within our CAPEX and OPEX models
- Synthesize complex data into concise Investment Committee (IC) Memos
- Maintain the "Single Source of Truth" in our real estate database
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with a minimum of 3+ years of direct experience in commercial real estate transactions, development, or real estate private equity
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship AND reside in Miami, FL or Phoenix, AZ
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (financial modeling)
